Lucy Jackson
Head of the Civil Litigation Department
Lucy Jackson joined Hockfield & Co in 1985 and heads the Civil Litigation Department. She specialises in Personal Injury and Professional Negligence claims plus Estates Administration.
Lucy is a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. She acts for both Claimant and Defendants in a wide variety of Personal Injury claims, from the multi million pound claim to those involving less devastating injuries.
In Professional Negligence matters Lucy acts exclusively on behalf of claimants against former legal advisors. She has extensive experience of dealing with claims arising out of civil litigation and conveyancing. She has successfully concluded many such claims which have been brought in both the High Court and County Court.
In addition Lucy deals with Will drafting & Probate and disputes over Wills & Estates; and has been awarded the STEP Diploma in Administration of Estates.
