Michael McCrone is a solicitor specialising in all aspects of housing law, including possession actions, evictions, disrepair, homelessness and anti-social behaviour. Michael regularly represents tenants on the Lambeth County Court duty possession scheme and is a member of the Housing Law Practitioners Association.

Michael also advises clients on building disputes and leasehold matters, to include service charge disputes, lease extensions, leasehold enfranchisement and rights to manage.

Michael graduated from Aberdeen University with MA in Sociology and completed CPE and LPC at University of Westminster, after careers in teaching and working in the construction industry. The technical knowledge he has acquired from the latter has provided invaluable experience for dealing with building disputes and disrepair matters. He joined Hockfield & Co. in 2004.
