Sarah Mossop

Housing Department

Sarah is a solicitor in the Housing Department, acting for housing association landlords along with local authority and private tenants.

After graduating from Cambridge University and taking her professional exams at the College of Law, Sarah trained with the Charity Law specialists ‘Bates Wells and Braithwaite‘. She joined Hockfield & Co in 1996 to specialise in housing litigation work and now has over 20 years experience in this field. Over that period she has dealt with the full spectrum of housing litigation and advice work, both for housing associations and tenants. Her main practice currently is disrepair work for tenants and leaseholders.

Sarah is a member of the Housing Law Practitioners Association and participates in the Duty Solicitor scheme at the Lambeth County Court.

Sarah has three school age children and currently works in the office three days a week [Monday-Wednesday].
